Cybersecurity Analyst

Position Overview: As a Cybersecurity Analyst at ECS LEAD, you will be at the forefront of protecting our clients' digital assets against evolving cyber threats. Your role will involve analyzing security risks, implementing preventive measures, and responding to security incidents to enhance our clients' security posture effectively. You will work closely with clients, providing expert guidance and support to mitigate risks and safeguard their data and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Analysis: Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities, conducting threat assessments and identifying potential security gaps in our clients' systems and networks.

  2. Preventive Measures: Implement robust security measures and controls, including access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems, to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.

  3. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, conducting forensic investigations, mitigating risks, and implementing remediation measures to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.

  4. Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and events, proactively identifying and addressing security incidents and emerging threats to protect our clients' assets.

  5. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their security requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance and recommendations to enhance their security posture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.

  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Terms of Employment: Full-time / Permanent

Hours of Work: 40 hours/week

Language: English
