Position Overview: At ECS LEAD, we are at the forefront of harnessing the power of data and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and business success. As a Data Scientist / AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that unlock the full potential of our clients' data. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, machine learning model development, and AI solution deployment, all aimed at delivering actionable insights and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover valuable insights and trends hidden within large and complex datasets, using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.

2. Machine Learning Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

3. AI Solution Deployment: Deploy AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

5. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data science, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to drive innovation and excellence in your role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI solution development, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
